There are four kinds of bases found in a DNA molecule. These are adenine (A), cytosine (C), guanine (G), thymine (T).
ACT is one of the three Stop- Codon DNA base triplets alongwith ATT and ATC; M-RNA Codones UAA, UAG, UGA; T-RNA Anticodones AUU, AUC, ACU. "In the genetic code, a stop codon (or termination codon) is a nucleotide triplet within messenger RNA that signals a termination of translation into proteins.
Most codons in messenger RNA correspond to the addition of an amino acid to a growing polypeptide chain, which may ultimately become a protein."
In my considered view, we must focus our research-attention on one triplet - ACT in particular and ATT, ATC in general alongwith other associated Stop Codon M-RNA and T-RNA to prepare an effective vaccine against Corona-19 virus. If we carefully examine Stop-Codons in terms of Corona-19 Virus' Genome sequencing and human cells/ACE2 receptors , we will certainly find out ways to prepare a vaccine/antibody to stop Corona-19 virus from replicating itself in humans. The vaccine so prepared shall disrupt termination of translation into proteins. In other words, it shall not allow use of host cell/ACE2 receptors by Corona's nucleotides to transcribe message for replication of copies of Corona-19 virus from the protein of the host.
