Community on Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda and Spirituality
The scientific discussion conducted in the earlier brief scientific research paper titled “WHICH IS THE BEST SPOT IN THE ENTIRE WORLD TO OFFER SPIRITUAL PRAYE...” carries far reaching ramifications for the corporate world and other areas of Maanava-activity where Maanavas have to work in Samuhas or Groups.
The paper implicitly shows that the performance by and satisfaction levels of the workers/employees on all levels from ground-workers to the top executives can be enhanced tremendously by creating a social and physical environment that is conducive to generation of a higher quantum of the individual BEM energy and consequently the greater and effective Collective BEM energy field!
This means inter alia that the important decisions, to have any desired impact, be taken only in rooms or at outdoor locales which have the nil surrounding noise level such as a hill station.
Further, there be a provision of fully noise-proof silent retiring rooms where the employees can go for a break say for half an hour or so to meditate/relax in order to increase their own individual BEM energy levels.
Also, the vicious circle of pessimism amongst employees can be broken by inserting a few employees possessing a higher BEM Energy into the groups of those employees who have negative outlooks. The higher BEM Energy of the few optimist employees shall slowly but surely overcome the negative vibrations emitting from the larger number of pessimists comprising the group.
Interestingly, the higher BEM Energy results into greater creativity and consequently greater and effective problem solving.
It may help the scientific and research establishments such as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), etc., tremendously if such organizations ensure a Higher BEM Energy creating environment for their own employees who would then come up with amazingly quick and efficient solutions to the technical and other problems faced by such organizations during the planning and execution of their own various tasks.
Further research is needed to understand fully the topic dealt with in the present brief scientific paper.
