Paschimotanasana,yogamudra,halasana,pranayama[inhale n exhale],dhanurasana and other forms of stretching and relaxation technicques.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
Sarvangaasana, matsya asaana or the fish pose. bhujang asana.and Dhanurasana like the bow n arrow are my all time favourites.

I love to be fit and disciplined.I love people who take care of their bodies. I am an early riser..practicing yoga since the early 80's and love doing it regularly.Yoga keeps me fit and positive minded and agile throughout the day.I would recommend this to every citizen, that yoga a day keeps diseases away!

This asan is also called as the Head and Knee Pose asan.Here you have to Stretch forward your right leg fully. Bend your left leg placing your left foot beneath your right thigh. Raising your hands inhale slowly and bring them slowly down exhaling and bend your body forwards.Now try to catch your left heel with both of your palms and try to touch your left knee with your nose.If you cannot touch the nose practise bending forward as much as you can. For this asan, you have to be in posture of padmasan. Seated in this position,taking your hands backwards catch the wrist of your left hand with your right hand.Then straighten your back and raise your shoulders. Inhale slowly.Then

For this asan, one has to sit in Vajrasana. Then slowly inhale raising both the hands above the head.Keep the palms facing forward.Now exhale slowly placing hands on ground and bending from the waist.The forehead should also touch the ground.Allow yourself to be in this posture for a minute or two relaxing completely.

This asana's name has been derived from the sanskrit word 'Dhanu' meaning bow.The body takes the shape of a bow in this asana.For practicing this you have to first lie down on the ground with your face downwards.Inhale deeply.Bend your legs and grasp your ankles with your hands.First raise the hind part of your body and then raise your chest slowly.Looking at the sky,Bend your neck backwards.Now you can notice that your entire body comes to rest on your navel.Bend your body into a bow shape.…
