I'm a complete beginner.
More about me:
I've taken yoga classes at gyms off and on for at least 10 years. I used to be very active and fit. I walked everywhere, danced, hiked, did weight lifting and practiced martial arts. As I've aged, I've slipped into the all too common American work culture of a desk job and when paired with injuries, I'm feeling the negative impact to my health. I'm hoping to change that.
