Sorry. You must read Sivananda's words your self. Do his breath on the such slide as u wait for the next slide. and then there is a long pause till u be and become on the last slide. U will know the end when my daughter's picture is along side sivananda's picture.

    I was one of the very first to have the 2 week Pranayama meditative intensive directed directly from Vishnu Swami as Master oft addressed him. The Sivananda breath described here was a key instruction. I have practiced it almost daily since the 60's. Integrate it into your yoga practice. As Sivananda might say. Start today. Start now. Be up and doing. Stop.and do the Sivananda pranayam!!
