Shoulder exercises to relax the neck and shoulders. Sitting forward bend for flexibility. Inclined plane for strengthening the back. Spinal twist for good massage of the abdominal organs.   • Today is day 2, yesterday I felt wonderful and relaxed and refreshed after this 20 min class..
    I have very bad knee pain in just right knee so will change it up a bit when I have to, but would love to hear reccomendations.. I can do a lot of different poses and will try anything suggested. Namaste.
