Fantastic video for a beginner. My compliments to the yogi giving the instruction and the yogini executing the poses. A very good choice of poses easy to execute so as to build the confidence of a beginner such as myself.

Thank you so much - love this video, so simple yet so relaxing. Great stress relief, and I feel I'm getting stronger too - even managing to get my backside off the floor a bit now, lol!
