Fantastic video for a beginner. My compliments to the yogi giving the instruction and the yogini executing the poses. A very good choice of poses easy to execute so as to build the confidence of a beginner such as myself.

I love this video. The instructor made me feel relaxed and confident to do all of the moves. I feel positive that I can move onto other levels of yoga sooner than later. Thank you.

How long should we practice this sequence for before moving on to the next one?

Thank you so much - love this video, so simple yet so relaxing. Great stress relief, and I feel I'm getting stronger too - even managing to get my backside off the floor a bit now, lol!
