Mudras are connected with Bharat Nrutyam dance...all mudras are very healthy exercise...love it...thanks to Indian culture....SANAT, CHICAGO.

I haven't shown for quite a while: why today? I am a pianist and sure would want to learn the mudra. I understant but I need some kind of a "coach" for a while to put me on the "right track" . Namaste!

My wife-Nita, has learned Mudra Shshtra 10 yrs a go in Bombay-India. She had cronic acidity problems for more than 20 yrs. The mudra has helped her to keep her abdominal problems in her hand control.
I am very thankful to Mudra Shashtra.
