MORNING EXERCISE FOR TONING MIND:

Every parents care their children’s like 1. Good health 2. Healthy
food 3. Good Cloth 4. Good Environment but they suffer tension, angry,
weak in health, weak in mind. Why?
1. Intake food low calories, not proper time & eat fast. 2. Mind so
active but body not co – operate.


MORNING EXERCISE FOR TONING MIND:

• After waking up in the morning, rub yours hands thrice and keep it
on your face. Repeat 3 times.

• Then rub your hands thrice and press your ears smoothly. Repeat 3 times.

• Take 2 fingers in both the hands and keep it on your eyes, for 1 minute.

• After waking up come outside the house and see the sky or sun. Feel
the broad enlightened environment other living being, trees, animals
and birds. Take a deep breath comfortably,. Repeat the breath 11
times.

• Get fresh and look at the mirror. Then talk positively about
yourself for 2 minutes.

• Chant few mantras loudly for 5 minutes.
( Mantras are Positive Affirmations of ancient India
from the Vedas, designed by Vedic scholars in Vedic time.
The Vedic Mantras consist out of a sequences of words or syllables
in Sanskit languege; The Vedic Mantras envolve their
power 1) through the meaning of the words and
2) through the „Sound“ means the Vibration of the spoken
Words in Sankrit language.)

• Press the tip of the tongue with your teeth smoothly for 1 minute.

Repeat this daily and enjoy the days to come
