Thank you for starting this group, and for inviting me. 'Th-ey' [as I believe he is affectionately known] has helped me so much - I cherish several of his books.
So humane and wise, he offers authentic Buddhist teachings which really help in daily life. It would be good to have favourite quotations and practical meditation tips here from him.[I will try and post, there is also a video somewhere on the net of him and his disciples doing yogic breathing and exercises in beautiful settings].
