Howdy,

only pranayama helps to heal. Whatever place has an pain or any sort of troubles, all you have to do is to relax first by leaning an easy way, tehn try to breath on that troubled point for some time as long as you wish. Then you will ceratinly see that the trouble has gone...

hi all nameste yoga is amazing for health pranayama helps with breathing and respiratory problems such as shallow breathing. it also help relax the body and stop tention and and of course it helps your asana too and cleases the body mind and spirit. has any lone else had shallow breathing problems or people in there class with these differcultes love to hear your experenices.om

sorry, I was not asking about colon,but the rectum pain that I 'm suffering since for the last 2 years...........after I was diagnosed with IBS and gone through colonoscopy........now I can take almost everything in my diet due to hard work on ground but can't get rid off the rectum pain.........so I can do or must do to get relief..........plz suggest me............

Colons are all about "letting things go..." whatever you are struggling with let it go. Stomachs are about making decisions. The body changes some of the linings in the intestinal tract every 4-5 days it that important to the body.

Namaskar,Human power is Highest power in the world. we can achive anything in this world, but most of them forget our own power. when you born as a baby your size is 4 to 6inch. but now you are 5 or 6' feet hight, because of your own power. so bealive your power. you get peace of mind and all. Think very higher level, give more effort, hard work, create your work. your a master in all field. But your not done anything one supreme power control you. so bealive that power and avail that power thro your mind power. be happy, be smile. WHEN YOU BORN ALONE, WHEN YOU GO ALONE, WHEN YOU LIVE ALONE, SO DONT DEPAND TO ANYBODYELSE, STAND YOUR OWN LEG. Human being only smile, so keep smile always your age will decrease and you always young, young, young. thank you.
