Hi here, anyone interested in sharing their experiences on the path of yoga, difficulties in maintaining a daily practice, intergrating yoga into daily life etc etc.
I have being practicing yoga for several years now and during that time my commitment to daily practice has been irregular. There are many reasons for this but over the years I have come to understand that if you think of yoga just once in a day then you have practiced that moment of that day.
Each moment of each day is a chance to practice. To look at the sky in the morning a see that it is beautiful is practice, to see someone smile and notice how it warms us is practice. it is not just about asana.

Yoga basically works on ENDOCRINE system and subsequently, it helps in balancing HORMONES. Yoga is the only tool works on chromosomes and long practice helps in changing positively in DNA. So if parents are having Diabetic signals,even these signals are passed to child, the child can destroy them by practicing YOGA(certain postures). So in HINDU schools it is essential to practice from childhood to emboss on mind for daily practice.
