Nidrâ Yoga explores the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping through the practice of deep relaxation and intense concentration, the simultaneity of which triggers an experience of immense peace, energy, and joy.Through Andre Riehl's 36 years of study, practice, and teaching of this ancient Tantric tradition, he has structured a 4-year program that allows one to plunge deeply into this path of exploration into the Self with the possibility to become a certified teacher. The 1st year explores Nidrâ practices to unblock the three granthis correlated to sensation, emotion, and thought as well as practices related to the yamas and niyamas. The 2nd year explores the 5 indriyas, the practice of pratyahara, and how we relate to the world through the 5 senses as well as the study of the Mandukya Upanishad and the Karikas of Gaudapada. The 3rd year sensitizes us to the vibrational level of the 7 chakras, and the 4rth year is dedicated to how to teach. Those wishing to teach must enroll in the whole program each year which involves 5 weekends and a summer week. Those exploring this path only for personal development are also welcome depending on space availability. This program is given in a residential setting at Neumühle Center for Meditation and Begegnung in Mettlach-Tünsdorf, Germany. For more information, please visit: www.infiny.lu (English program).About Andre: Andre Riehl spent years in a spiritual quest in India among masters such as Kashmiri Babu in the Shivaïte tradition, J.
