Beginner’s Short Yoga Class - 20 minutes

Follow along with this 20 minute beginner’s level short yoga class. Class includes 3 rounds of sun salutations, bridge, fish, seated forward bend, inclined plane, yoga boat, laying down spinal twist (crocodile), and final relaxation. Demonstrated by Ruth. Camera: Ravidas. Speaker: Sita.
