I am the 31st or 47th ( depending how one counts) certified yoga teacher in the world. I am a direct disciple of Sivananda. I want u to see what doing Sivananda yoga 360 days per year since 1962 has done for me. I give credit in the core of the video. Yoga Vidya is one of the crown Jewels of Sivananda's seeds.

    I just heard that 40 million people are doing yoga now in the world. U can stay in the world and still master yoga. Such is what Sivananda first brought to the world. He brought Yoga out of the forest to woman and the common householder. Now implement all you have learned about Yoga. U know what to do. Just do it.
