expert in pranayama, kapalbhati, and many other asans. with the help of yoga only i am treating many diseases like lumber pain, RA,and other psycological disorder like loss of sleep etc and with panchkarma (shodhana and shamana) i am treating many chronic disorder.and geting good result.
