I have no previous experience on anything related to yoga, unfortunately.
More about me:
I am an EFL and a French teacher in Santo Domingo. I am also a math teacher for students who are preparing themselves in the SATs and GMAT programs.
My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:

Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I have decided to carry out a routine (until death, if possible) where my body can function to its full. I sit everyday in zazen (I have a buddhist teacher) and I've thought that doing some physical exercises is the perfect complement to get energized as much as possible.
