Friendly, but solitary. INFJ. Tend to immerse myself in books and gardens. Love the company of children and animals. My father came to the US from a South Asian country, but left behind that culture and those traditions. I am seeking some re-connection. Found a yoga booklet in my dad's dresser when I was a teen, and have maintained a sporadic beginning practice ever since.

Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org

I am joining this community in hopes of finding a stepping stone to peace, well-being and harmony, in the company of others. I will give this a try, and see how it goes.
