I am an expert in the following areas:
Massage therapy.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I have never practiced formal yoga. I am familiar with many of the positions from my practice but have never understood where they came from.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
In my work as a massage therapist, I am always seeking knowledge on helping the body heal itself. I myself need some of that healing in the form of weight loss and flexibility.
