I trained initially with Swami Indrananda Ji of the Patanjali Yoga Centre, then with several Iyengar teachers and am a BWY. Dip holder.

I run a website for students and teachers who are interested in their roots both in Judaism and Yoga and are inspired by the many parallels that exisit in the two disciplines.
