Not really sure what to put here, beginner in all aspects of yoga I guess :)
More about me:
Fairly new to yoga, after being told my tendons in my arms & legs are too short I wanted to get fitter and stretch them whilst enjoying myself at the same time :)
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I have found the videos very helpful & informative, I've learned more from 3 videos than I have trying to self teach from a book :)
