i'm handicappe from left leg. 44 yrs old and job. Over thier I'm very disturb mentally but have no choice so i'm continue with it.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
just i found this site on net, I'm fat 44yrs I want peace of mind. i want to learn yoga but can't afford to pay for it. so thought i can learn something from here.
