... am a Yoga Beginner
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
Since I'm a beginner in yoga I'm still trying different types of yoga flows on daily bases. But for a month i'm doing the "Yoga for your back 20 minutes class" by Sukadev of Yoga Vidya. Also the "Chakra awakening...." set several times a week.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I want to join because I appresiate the high knowledge and understanding of yoga of the teachers here. My purpose is to attain a higher state of concesness and learn how to recieve and emit positive cosmic energy.
