Ich bin mir nicht sicher woher wir uns kennen. Wenn ich mich nicht täusche haben wir vor 4 1/2 Jahren die Yogalehrerausbildung bei Yoga Vidya zusammen gemacht. Mir gehts es recht gut, wobei ich mich noch in einer Phase des Einswerdens, Heilwerdens befinde.
Wie geht es dir denn so? Bist du am Lehren?
