I am an expert in the following areas:

My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s

I am the Director of the Rarest Gem in Kent Town, South Australia. We run classes in many styles of yoga including Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan which is the style that I mostly teach, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga. We have classes for prenatal and post natal women, children and teens as well as regular drop in classes for everyone. My teachers are GuruJivan and Katie Manatsis


More about me:

I originally came from an IT background but due to a motorcycle accident my life change dramatically. In 2001 I discovered Kundalini Yoga and have been practicing since that time. In 2004 I became a yoga teacher and feel I have been blessed to be given this opportunity. The opportunity came my way from my teacher and friend Katie Manatsis. In 2008 my partner Mick and I opened the Rarest Gem. We have both yoga and bodywork along with Ayurveda at the centre. It is truly a wonderful experience to be part of this community of teachers and practitioners.
