I enjoy yoga for relaxation and flexibility. I really enjoy deep relaxation and positive affirmation at the end the class.

More about me:

I'm very very new to yoga. I'm starting from scratch and just learning a few poses. I love the video for complete beginners and have been using it for the past several days. I've found it to be very helpful in relieving my anxiety, tension and little aches and pains.
