I have been trained in and teach mainly in the Iyengar System, however, I embrace all traditions in Yoga. I was certified by Yogi Hari and Leela Mata.

I have been directing a Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program since 2005. I have been practicing Yoga since 1978 and have been teaching since 1990. I teach with gentle firmness and individual attention.
My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:
I have many but one is: "The mind becomes quiet when it cultivates friendliness in the presence of happiness, active compassion in the presence of unhappiness, jy in the presence of virtue, and indifference toward error." Sutra 1.33, The Essence of Yoga. Another is: "When the effort is continued in accordance with yogic principles consistently and for a long time, with earnestness, attention, application and devotion, the yogic foundation is firmly established." Sutra 1.14, Light on the Yoga Sutras.
