Started doing yoga with Nintendo Wii a few years ago. Also purchased a book of yoga poses.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I want to learn more poses and make yoga a part of my life. I want to expand my consciousness and, hopefully, relieve symptoms of Fibromyalgia while improving my overall health.
