More about me:
I have never done yoga before. A video of a man on Facebook inspired me. I am 20 years old and have to walk with knee braces because of sports injuries. I want to be able to walk with out pain and maybe run again with no pain.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I saw a video on youtube and i figure if i can get all my yoga from 1 source that would be better for my daily routine instead of searching for one every day
