Had a work related injury that has caused protrusions in my cervical spine. I was cleared by the chiropractor to start Yoga. This is where I am at.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I watched a video on youtube from this community and completed it for two days. I felt great after! I am hoping to find more about the Yoga community and practices.
