I have been practicing Yoga since the beginning of the 80s. I have done 3 different Yoga Teachers Training Courses, Ayurveda Training Courses. I am a Naturopath/Psychotherapy ("Heilpraktiker Psychotherapie). I am the wife of Sukadev, founder of Yoga Vidya and have worked with him nearly since the beginning of Yoga Vidya. I have a wonderful dog called Ricky.

    om namah shivaya liebe Shivakami, auf diesem Weg ganz herzliche Glückwünsche zu deinem Geburtstag und alles erdenklich Gute für dein neues Lebensjahr! Auch wenn man dich hier im Haus gar nicht so oft sieht glaub ich doch , dass du ganz schön viel Arbeit so "im Hintergrund" leistet.
