I'm a housewife. practising yoga seroiusly forn the past 2 years. love practising pranayam.Been practising kapalbhatti and anulom vilom for the past six yrs.searcing for a guru who can teach me pranayam with bandhas. I like reading lalitha sahasranam and mahishasura mardini stothram and ganesh sahasranamam.
