I am an expert in the following areas:
I design, build and operate yoga retreat centers in Mexico; on the Pacific Coast and in the Sierra Madre mountains. I am a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, and a deep tissue massage therapist as well.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
My preferred style of practice and teaching is Ashtanga Vinyassa Flow, however I enjoy all types of yoga as well as a wide variety of teachers. One of my gurus is Yogi Bhajan, and I'm a big fan of Thich Nhat Hahn, Swami Rama and J. Krishnamurti.

Through my business and my practice, I devote myself to co-creating uplifted and transformational experiences of the mind, body and spirit with our clients and friends.
