I am an expert in the following areas:
Raja, Mantra, Bhakti and Laya Yoga.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I used to take classes at the Retired Teachers Center in Fresno and over the years have taken classes when I could fit them into my schedule. Over the Years I have studied and developed on my own.
More about me:
I practice the poses and asana's of Hatha Yoga daily but would not consider myself expert at any of them. I create a different series as the need arises. I am very organic about my practice and have integrated it into every aspect of my life.
