My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I have learnt basics of yoga many years back through SSY in India. But havenot been practising. As age and related problems caught up with me, I thought let me get back to basics.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I want to benefit from the yoga practice to alleviate my back and knee pain. My body has become very stiff and I feel that yoga would help me greatly. We donot have any professional yoga teachers here and I would like to use your online course.
