Astanga yoga is my style. I have a yoga institute in dhaka, Bangladesh. I am learning since 4 year's IGCC, High commission of india. My teachers are ph.d in yoga.
More about me:
I want us to without drugs, physical, human and social way to healthy living. There is an alternative approach to the treatment of the other options. So I'm giving it about learning and teaching. In the future I have to resort to an international standard of health.
