    Estou feliz em partcipar desta comunidade. A YOGA nos ensina o auto dominio e a melhorar nossa essencia. Tambem, ajuda a focar o mundo de uma maneira espiritual, o que é fantastico.
    Minhas aulas de Yoga começaram ha 3 anos. Fiquei tão admiradora dela que fui conhecer a India para sentir in loco estes bons fluidos.

    Thank you Eduardo, I will certainly look into your website for suggestions, I'm leaving in about a week to ten days for my 3rd visit to India, the first two I was principally concentrating on Vipassana Meditation and visiting the North of India. This time I would like to visit the South and look into staying in centers involved in yoga, Ayurveda and meditation, my third and last visit was extremely rewarding in the sense that I managed to spend time in Rishikesh.
