  • HI all,
I have the complete respect for Yoga in all its entirites, however we all have our individual preferncies, that is normal and fine. I practice yoga, but my main advancer is the tai chi and qigong, which includes a very lot of the yoga, however over time things have been obscured (unitentionally hidden) within the yoga and tai chi/qigong. My experience is that within the yoga, taiji and qigong is certain aspects which open different ways or approaches to the person main discipline (ie yoga, or taiji etc). The keys of each disicipline become clear. Therfore the discipline become an aspect of NOW, and not old doctrine (which of course leads you to the NOW eventually in any case). So if the old and new take you to the same place eventually, thenwhy am I writing this? Because I have found something that can help to lead the person there, maybe there motivation is geared towards knowledge also. OK, I shall give you my website tuition site, it is free and over 150 videos on the site. I think the 123 stages will help so much the yoga practiioners. http://www.taichi-tuition.com/taichi/
