My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
my practice is mostly hatha yoga / vinyasa flow more dynamic form. always excited by the endless possibillities yoga offers. my studies started with dena kingsburg australia, mathew sweany astanga. in 2004 i took part in yoga arts 1200 hour teacher training directed by louisa sears and tought by many dedicated yogis all full of unique inspiration and knoledge . my greatest of all inspiration in the past years is dharma mittra before and after being qualified as a dharma instuctor in 2010
