Eight steps of Ashtaang Yoga

There are eight steps of Ashtaang Yoga, as given in the picture i.e. Yam, Niyam, Aasan, Pranayam, Pratyaahaar, dhyaan, dhaarnaa and Samaadhi. Definition of each word is given in the picture. I strongly suggest people to follow these eight steps; one by one and then proceed to Dhyaan (Meditation) instead of practicing it directly.
