  • If you forget to breathe, you won't need to do any exercise or yoga maybe you are in Samadhi ! LOL
    Swami Vishnu told us it always has to be pleasure able or (feel good). Always keep readjusting or stretching that pose and don't let your upper body be a bananna !!!
