Ganesha - Lord of the Ganas, Lord of the angelic beings. Ganesha, the elephant-headed god, also called Vigneshwara or Ganapati. Ganesha, probably the most popular of all deities in India, as Ganesha is worshipped by all. In India, as we would say today, there are three main branches of Hindus: there are the Vaishnavas, who worship Vishnu, Rama and Krishna. Then there are the Shaivas, who worship mainly Shiva, but also Skanda or Subrahmanya. And there are the Shaktas who worship the divine mother as Durga, Kali, sometimes Sundari, Lakshmi, Saraswati, Gayatri and so on. And they all worship Ganesha as well.

Mantras are powerful sound energies in Sanskrit, a language for prayers and chants.

Proper use of these sound energies helps to achieve health, inner harmony, mental clarity, powerful life energy, unfoldment of love and joy. The highest goal of Mantra Yoga, as always in yoga, is the realization of true nature, oneness with infinite life itself. Mantra Yoga is considered to be one of the most powerful, simple, safe and quick ways to this realization.
