For the most part, I ONLY read Sivananda. Why? He says all that is needed for yours truly to realize being a Raja Yogi.
I started reading "What Becomes Of The Soul After Death in 1962. As I practiced what he wrote, I started to experience the results that he---Sivananda said would occur if one assimilated his teachings.
Sivananda was criticized by his publishers by repeating phrases and concepts over and over in his writings. The repeating was key for my growth. Sivananda knew how to teach effectively. After reading a 100 times the importance of learning how to concentrate, one begins to practice mind control.
No one writes more clearly in English Yogic teachings than Sivananda!!!
