The Shree Hari Yoga School Teacher Training Course is a comprehensive Yoga Alliance approved 200 hours program. The course is designed to initiate students onto the path of yoga and prepare them to teach others. It is a rewarding way to develop an Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice, awaken your inner teacher and gain an internationally recognized teaching certification.
The Course mainly includes Traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Yoga.
The course is a stepping stone to becoming a yoga teaching professional and the training itself gives all participants a solid foundation in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga. We offer a program that is presented in a fun, relaxed, modern and progressive environment. Students should be prepared to be mentally and physically challenged as classes vary from physically vigorous to softer and more restorative sessions. You will be encouraged to follow and Ayurvedic diet to improve your overall sense of well-being.
The 200 Hours program is conducted for 26 days. The advanced program is designed for those students who are showing strong interest in yogic life experience and presenting readiness and enthusiasm to deepen their mentoring skills. Our school aims to individualize the advanced programs adjusting it according to personal needs and interest of our students. You will be introduced to advanced yogic practices including Asana Practice (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga), Pranayama, Kriyas (cleansing procedures), meditations that are aiming to expand your experience and deepen knowledge on their effects on physical, emotional and spiritual level. Along with it you will be given additional classes on yogic philosophy, anatomy & physiology and art of teaching, practice and understanding of Mantra and Sanskrit.
