500 Hour Yoga teacher training In Rishikesh offered by Rishikesh Yog Mandir is an intensive Yoga teacher training in Rishikesh designed to match the requirements of all inspired Yoga aspirants who are willing to plunge deeper and gain in depth understanding of an ancient technology for well being known as Yoga.The precisely structured course curriculum of 500 hour yoga teacher training course provides complete knowledge of physical yoga, breathing techniques/ pranayams, meditation,healing techniques, Yoga Nidra, and philosophies as well. Physical yogas can be divided in to Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. Rishikesh Yog Mandir provides all level yoga courses like beginners, intermediate and advance level.
