This training includes a detailed study of the Upanishads, the most important scriptures of classical jnana yoga. The Upanishads comprise the philosophical-metaphysical portion of the Vedas and form the basis of Vedanta, the philosophy of non-duality. Their thrilling analysis includes such basic questions of human existence as: Who am I? What is real? What is happiness? These questions are designed to lead you to a clear perception of your real nature, which is pure consciousness. This knowledge will help you to get rid of mental entanglements and show you the way to freedom.
In addition to the vedanta talks, the course includes Hatha Yoga teaching and stress management techniques.
If you choose to take the seminar as Advanced Yoga Teachers Training Intensive F2 – you will have the same lectures on the Upanishads and Jnana Yoga plus additional Vedanta talks instead of the Hatha Yoga teaching and stress management techniques.
