Work intensively on your asanas, and be inspired by lectures and meditation. Narayani is the co-author of the book "Yoga". Her way of teaching is magical; she will guide you in a playful manner. You will find yourself doing the most difficult variations and be amazed at how much is possible.
As a result of her long and intensive asana practice and more than 30 years of teaching experience, Narayani can give you excellent advice. Her calm and joyful personality is always an inspiration! This programme includes little theory and longer asana-classes.
