The instructor, Gauri Eckhardt, has studied many Yoga systems, such as Sivananda, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Yoga Pilates as well as other systems of physical exercise, has a clear knowledge of human anatomy. She has applied this to the ancient and highly effective Rishikesh series on which the Yoga Vidya Exercise System is based.
