Sri yoga peeth yoga ashram situated in the valley of Himalayas is welcoming everyone to attend a 100 hour, 200 hour Ashtanga yoga teacher training in Rishikesh India. Ashtanga yoga is a fixed sequence of some Aasanas made by the great yogi K. Pattbhi Jois during the 20th century. The Ashtanga yoga primary sequence comes from the ancient Sanskrit text Yoga Korunta. This sequence is coupled with the synchronized breathing techniques promoting a flow, which is called as the Vinyasa style of Asanas. Together the name is called as Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Students are taught Ashtanga primary series so that they can develop a solid foundation of Asana with proper alignment in a flow, which is required for the higher techniques of yoga including Bandhas, Drishti, Breath and Meditation. This course will teach you the proper techniques of practicing yoga posture of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga along with necessary alignment, modification and counter poses. Students will also be exposed to the proper use of yoga props (blocks, straps, bolster, yoga wall ropes etc), teachings methods and principles of adjustments. This will prepare a complete Ashtanga yoga teacher out of them. Our Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training Course in Rishikesh is limited to 16 students at a time. In our ashtanga teacher training course we cover the full primary sequence. Course is conducted by the team of experienced and able teacher. Our course meets and exceeds of Yoga Alliance USA accreditation requirements. This teacher training course includes the practice and classes of asana, Pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy of yoga and teaching methodology.
