The marma energy points are centres, where ligaments, vessels, muscles, bones and joints intersect. Marmas are centres of 3 bio-energies Vata, Pitta and Kapha as well as the 3 basic characteristics of nature Sattva, Rajas und Tamas. By way of soft circular movements on a marma point toxins, compact energies and suppressed or blocked emotions may be set free and be eliminated from the body. Thus the harmonic flow of prana is re-established. You will learn to locate these points and to work on them so that health in the various body organs may be re-established or maintained.
